Eid Mubarak, everyone! ✨

This drive took place on the second day of Eid June 7, 2025. As you can imagine, it’s never easy to leave the family behind during Eid, so I decided to bring everyone along for the adventure 😊.

We reached the meeting point a bit late (I might’ve been the last to arrive 😅), but quickly got ready and joined the team just in time for the briefing by Bu Salem.

The convoy was led by Bu Salem, with great support from @Barish , Kimoz, Ahmed, and other intermediate drivers.

This was a special drive for me, having a full audience onboard, and it was the first one after upgrading my car with new suspension, wow (mashaala), what a difference, the performance was fantastic, especially on the drops and small climbs. Even though Bu Salem had promised a relaxed, lovely drive focused on enjoying the sunset, the terrain gave us a little extra fun 😊

We made our way to Pink Rock, where a powerful climb awaited us. One by one, we tackled it and made it to the top, what a thrill..

The weather was surprisingly pleasant for June, and the kids had a blast sliding down the dunes. We even celebrated Virginia’s birthday with 3 different languages such a sweet moment 🎉.

As night fell, we enjoyed the glow of the half-moon and a sky full of stars. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and full of great conversations.

Huge thanks to Bu Salem, Barish, and the entire support team for making this day so memorable ..

Eid is to bring family together

At meeting point we shared Eid greetings and @alshamsi_m welcomed everyone with his charming smile and start giving all the kids the Ediah which is amount of money for kids to buy candy during Eid, it should be freshly printed banknote to bring joy and happiness for them. It is an Arabic tradition, shifted through generations and it was great to watch Abu Salem @alshamsi_m emphasizing this tradition among club members.
The drive was fun to reach the Pink Rock with 13 car convoy leaded by @alshamsi_m @Barish and support of @AhmadHasan @KIMOz @mpodroid and @nidal78 as sweeper.
As it had rained before we arrived, the sand was more enjoyable and made for a fun drive. Even the climb to the top of the rock was a bit easier compared to our last visit during Ramadan.
At the summit, we set up our group area, which provided a great opportunity to catch up with fellow club members. It was a pleasant time to socialize and enjoy the delicious food generously shared among the group.
It was amazing to have special occasion to celebrate @virginiasz birthday, cake and candle lighting ceremony brought family atmosphere, and the weather was perfect to make it one special memory for special Eid celebration.
At 8:30 PM we moved back to end point, it was special experience to drive down the pink rock at dark, we enjoyed it and it was nice closer for exceptional time, we reached safely at 2nd December cafeteria as the end point.
Thanks you all for that wonderful experience and amazing vibes.
Till next time
